Nice vibe and quiet
The area is in a small valley in the middle of the park between La Bleue and Mont-King. It has a really nice vibe but it's probably one of the places at Val-David that needs more time to dry and would be comparable to La Bleu in that matter. The left side is often in the shade and the right side gets sunlight pretty much all day. Not crowded and very quiet.
It's mostly trad climbs with a range from 5.7 to 5.11D and very few mixed and sport routes. Toproping is not recommended here since there is no path to the top and a lot of routes go too much sideways. The guide book indicates there are 30 routes. It also felt pretty sandbagged....even for Val-David grades!
I really liked this place so I'am putting up what I've climbed to date with the photos I have. Feel free to add routes and more information.
Getting There
Its situated between Mont-King and La Bleue, the signs indicate where to go on the trails. Check out this map from the regional park: parcregional.com/wp-content…
