Access Issue: Climbing closures Details

The majority of the areas on the island are now closed to climbing. Anything on National Parks Trust land is indefinitely closed.

Getting There

Tower Road in Spanish Town pull off down the short dirt road with the Spring Bay signs. If you are staying at Guavaberry Resort this is about a 3 minute walk up the road.

The Bay

Spring Bay is one of the most pristine bays on the island and possibly the world. It offers breath taking granite beach boulders among floating mazes filled in with turquoise water. It is a very relaxing spot. It is often to see locals BBQ along the beach and living on island time. The bay offers great snorkeling and is usually quite calm.
