Description Suggest change

There are about 40-50 boulders and 2 TR areas that have been developed. When first entering the woods, you'll run into the Main Wall (~40 ft) on left and the Warm Up Wall (~15 ft high, ~40 ft long) on right. From here, walk left past the main wall and up the hill to find another boulder with a small squaty roof (Slope Side). From Slope Side, keep moving left and ascend the hill further. There are two distinct tiers. One features the Bean Boulder and Stretch Armstrong Boulder and the higher one features the Cave Area. If you stay on the trail instead of going up past slope side, you'll find the Backdoor Boulder (~15-20ft) on your right. Don't forget your head game if you plan on getting barreled in this mutant wave. Jump back on the trail and head away from the ball field. Walk about 100 yds and look for an erratic on your right (Whale Head). This boulder is low to the ground but has a couple classic problems. If you go up past whale head, you’ll find the short and techy LDM boulder. Go up past LDM to the right and you’ll stumble upon the best area at Pyramid and one of the best climbing areas in Northern Jersey, Solitude. There is a 40 foot cliff here (Booze Wall) with 4 climbs and countless boulders with insane potential.

Getting There Suggest change

Approach is between 2-10 mins. Find the trailhead behind the tennis court and follow this into the woods.

In order of appearance from the trailhead, the (current) boulders/areas are: Warm Up Wall, Main Wall, Backdoor (Great Outdoors, Lower Tier, Cave Area past Backdoor up the hill), Whale's Head, Solitude (up the hill past whale head), Upper Lip, Heart of Stone, Corn Flake, Crackhead.
