Description
Named due to it being just behind Backdoor when approaching from the trail. The wall is relatively easy, but still fun to climb in its own right. Mind the moderately steep hill underneath the wall, as it is a fall hazard if you were to fall off a route on Great Outdoors.
LS = Left Start, which is essentially just matching hands on the left of the first rock shelf.
RS = Right Start, which is a matched undercling low on Great Outdoors, close to the dual trunked tree.
Getting There
Approaching Backdoor from the path, pass Backdoor (on the right of the path) and hike 50m up the gorge. Great Outdoors will be the wall on your left, with three rock shelves, two saplings growing out of it, and a large dual trunked tree next to it. Great Outdoors lies between Backdoor and Lower Tier, which is another 75m up the gorge/hill and also on your left when ascending from the path.
