Description Suggest change

Monte Civetta is one of the most important peaks of the entire Dolomites. The sheer magnitude of all routes here makes a climb of this huge face a very serious undertaking. Most famous of these is the Solleder-Lettenbauer Route, which takes an elegant line directly to the summit. A via ferrata or Klettersteig also accesses the summit and provides a secure descent. Bivouac box on the summit.

Getting There Suggest change

The nearest village/town as a starting point is Allehge. Several huts are available, most notable is Rifugio Tissi at 2281 meters. Rifugio Torrani is also accessible from Rifugio Tissi.
