Description

This area tends to get good sun, and you can climb it through of the winter. There are some good tree-shaded belays for hot summer days. Mostly steep starts to slabby uppers.

Getting There

When the trail forks at the base of the cliff, take the right fork and traverse along the open section of cliff to where the trees begin. The first route of this section will be in a small alcove just downhill from the first trees.

Best rock on the cliff, especially when the rest of the crag is dusty/ slimy after a rain.

Good gray rippled limestone. Good footwork is key, and a welcome respite from the pumpfests on the left side. Jun 6, 2014
