The Upper Buttresses are located due north of the Lower Buttresses and are the first formations (Champagne Rock to be exact) you will encounter when you drop down into Rotten Rock Valley.

  •  The individual formations listed from left to right include:

A) Rock-It Wall

B) Rotten Rock Spire

C) Champagne Rock

Getting There Suggest change

Standard Rotten Rock Valley approach. Champagne Rock will be the first rock encoutered as you enter Rotten Rock Valley proper. The approach takes 1-2 hours.
