Description Suggest change

The Lower Buttresses sits due south of the Upper Buttresses and is actually a large south-facing wall weathered and broken into a series of co-joined buttresses with free-standing summits. Numerous moderate routes exist in the area with most on high-quality rock. Recommended routes here include Branded (5.7), Popped the Cherry (5.8), Queen's Chase (5.9), Shakin' the Tree (5.10b) and Hidden Treasures (5.10b)

The individual pinnacles listed from left to right include:

A) The Mast
B) Redman Buttress
C) Rifleman Buttress
D) Rattlesnake Buttress
E) Virgin Buttress
F) Battlement Buttress
G) Donkey Dung Rocks
H) Hound Rock

Getting There Suggest change

Standard Rotten Rock Valley approach and then head south just past the Upper Buttresses. The approach takes 1-2 hours.
