Getting There
Take a taxi from a nearby MTR station. Drive east on Lung Cheung Road, and turn left on Lung Yan Road, by the Phoenix House correctional facility. You will come to a fenced in waterworks facility, with a gazebo on the left side. Some taxis will take you all the way up the hill, others only as far as the Phoenix House.
If you're on public transport, get a bus to drop you off at Lung Kui Rd (bus 38 or 42c for example). There are steps up the mountain which start here (goo.gl/maps/nX9iQPfAMvT2). At the top of the steps, you'll walk past a gazebo.
There is a trail just across the gazebo that heads right and up past the fencing (along the East side of the reservoir). Eventually the trail will spit you out at the right side of the Main Wall. Follow the hiker's trail to the right to get to the Right Wall. The Hardman Boulder -- with three routes -- is just below Main Wall. For the Left Wall, there is a path leading upwards just past the large horizontal tree.
