Access Issue: Private Property! Details

The majority of Avery Drive is privately owned. The primary landowner has asked the local game warden to issue citations against people hunting on his land (early 2024) and since he does not want trespassing on his land he has put No Tresspassing signs up at the Lost City and Little Germany parking areas.

Parking in the substation area over by Vice Grips on the western end of the road is a known way of getting ticketed or towed by the city.

Description

This is the fourth area you will come to (that I know of ) after passing Chandler Park. Vice Grips will be on your left opposite the Arkansas River before you get to the creek feeding into the Arkansas River. Approx. 3.2 miles past Chandler Park entrance. This area is well of the road...approx. 400+ yards.

Parking on the south side near the fenced in building will likely get you a ticket.
