Description

Limestone wall running along the west side of Highway 69 between Kiowa and Stringtown. There has been some climbing done here a long time ago. I found some very, very old bolts and some very old anchors on top of some of the areas.

Getting There

Drive on Hwy 69 until you see the cliff on the west side. There is a roads that run parallel to the cliff on the east and west sides.

Old bolts and anchors were placed early 80s by John Barritt and Brian Jung. Everything obvious has been done. Loose rock at the quarry is hazardous, "coachwhip" snakes will chase you if you run. Low angle face routes far left (south end) of the quarry are 5.5 5.6 range FAs were freesolo Barritt, Jung and Monty Coffman Oct 31, 2016
