Description Suggest change

This area describes the south and west faces of Stump Buttress. Stump is a large rock formation that has few routes up the south and west faces, the main route being The Crow's Nest, a fun 5.9 crack climb. Those with an imagination could make the clean and steep west face go with some bolts. The west face is a bit chossier, but has been climbed as well.

Getting There Suggest change

Approach as for Hole in the Wall Canyon. As you walk into the canyon, you'll pass The Shield on your right. Keep heading down canyon until you're at the base of a talus field that leads to a large 300 foot buttress. This buttress is Stump.
