The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description

This is the pointed formation on the south end of the Magic Mountain Area. It is a small formation with two leads and two top ropes. It is also the formation that was seen by many as the late Raleigh Collins posed in a Santa suit for a picture that ended up in Rock and Ice magazine.

Getting There

Park at the pullout and hike sw for maybe 10 min.
