Description
The Dominator Wall is home to the longest routes at Rattlesnake. The main part of the wall has routes that approach 100 feet. A 60m rope is enough to lower off any of the climbs. Just barely, though. These longer routes have two bolts worth of scary choss to wade though before you get to the solid rock.
The west facing side of the Dominator Wall has shorter and steeper climbs.
Getting There
Follow the approach trail through the Cathedral and go past Jane's and the Rainy Day Cave/Horizon Wall. The base of the Dominator Wall comes right down to the trail. To get to the west side of the Dominator, pass the main wall on the trail until you are walking away from the cliff. Then look for a trail that switches back toward the wall.
