Description

Buddha's Belly walll is straight ahead after making the first major left hand turn off the main road. Several lines exist with both trad, sport, and toprope routes. The rock is a south facing granite with mostly face type climbing. Descent routes are off the back or set up a rappel through the chains. Buddha's Belly 5.10 is a must do.

Directions

Per Chris Parrish: I found it by taking the second major left off the main road. From here take the second left into a parking area. (Note: this second left connects with the first left in a looped driveway thing.) You'll be facing the Front of Buddha's Belly Rock. Buddha's Belly is around to the right a bit when looking at the front. Hope this helps!

We climbed that newly bolted route (4 bolts) that's right of Buddha's Crack and it felt like one move of 5.10 (from bolt 1 to 2), and then the rest felt 5.9. Anyone know why there's only one anchor bolt at the top? Anyone mind if I put in a second? Otherwise, bring a #3 cam to build an anchor. There's a decent crack just left of the one anchor bolt that takes cams well. May 30, 2017
I would have to say that the directions to Buddha's Wall on this page is a little confusing. I found it by taking the second major left off the main road. From here take the second left into a parking area. (Note: this second left connects with the first left in a looped driveway thing.) You'll be facing the Front of Buddhas Belly rock. Buddhas Belly is around to the right a bit when looking at the front. Hope this helps! May 28, 2009
Does anyone have any info about the new route to the right of Buddha's Crack? A friend and I thought it checked in around 9+ or 10a. But I don't know much about rating climbs. Sep 23, 2008
