Description Suggest change

The Piano Boulder along with the West Facing ridge it sits along offer a handful of easy to moderately difficult bouldering lines. With the dam construction projects, the area has seen increased traffic now that is among the few remaining bouldering locales with a short approach accessible from Fort Collins. The classic traverse of the Piano Boulder (V5) is among the harder lines here. Quite a few easy traverses and up problems exist on the ridge.
There are no dogs allowed in the climbing area.

Getting There Suggest change

The parking area is on the east side of Centennial Dr., 1/2 mile north of County Rd. 38E (or 1 mile south of County Rd. 42C). Walk east about 400 feet on the well-marked approach trail which starts in the middle of the parking area.
