I grew up in Alaska and moved to Southern California for college almost 10 years ago. I started climbing with some friends in Joshua Tree in the winter and Sierras/Yosemite in the summer. I haven't been able to leave California since. I love Joshua Tree as well as the Sierras. I enjoy trad climbing 5.5-5.9 and top roping 5.8-5.11. I am very grateful for this web site and think it has a great community of climbers. Mountain Project Rocks!
