Description
Whippets – Cannabis Wall, American Fork Canyon, Utah
Overview
Whippets blends the creative movement of Microdose with the steep fireworks of Jug Abuse, giving climbers a line that’s both silly fun and seriously stout.
Route Description
Start up Microdose, enjoying its playful leftward orbit and engaging handholds. At the midway anchors (Teardrop/Microdose), keep traversing left instead of clipping chains. The line then commits out the Jug Abuse roof—steep, powerful, and wild all the way to the top of the cliff.
Climbers should plan ahead for rope drag: extended draws and mindful clipping make a big difference through the roof. Expect a mix of technical precision through the Microdose section and full-on burl to the finish.
The result? One of the most complete power-endurance challenges at the Cannabis Wall.
