Description
What in Carnation is a phenomenal climb. It is shouldery and slopey with a glory jug at the end.
Start sitting at the bottom left of the wall. Match on the top bowl. Move up right into the dish, and slap out to the slopey arete. From here, I found two beta sequences s that felt equally as difficult, but these varied on the temperatures.
1. From your left hand in a big dish and your right hand on the arete, make a big move to the glory jug bowl, and go up to the right.
2. From left hand big dish, with your right hand on the arete, make a big move with your left hand up to the left, slapping a flat sloper then using high foot holds and compression moves to grab the glory jug. This felt easier, but I couldn’t do it on a hot day.
Finish with an easy topout.
