Description Suggest change

An awesome slab problem that can be a nice warmup for harder climbs in the area, but would also be worth seeking out in its own right.

Stand start on opposing sidepulls. Smear up the scoop and reach up to the arching feature with perfect pinches. Stand on some tenuous smears or get your feet high to make a crux unwind move to the lip.

A sit start also goes and adds some difficulty, but not much quality to the stand.

Location Suggest change

Walk on the Kettle Pond Loop Trail for about 800ft. Just when you reach the edge of the pond you will see a lean-to shelter on the right marked #7. Cut into the woods behind the shelter and the Echo area is about 400ft straight up the hill, passing an outhouse on the left. Look for a sunny cluster of smaller boulders surrounding the large Echo Boulder in the middle.

Protection Suggest change
