The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:

Description
Begin about 15 feet right of Milky Way near the right edge of the large boulder adjacent to the wall.
Make strenuous moves past a bulge onto the face, then go up and slightly left in the slabby face above.
