According to Yosemite's website in 2016, Glacier Point Apron is open to climbing, but the Park Service does not recommend climbing there due to recent and ongoing rockfall.

Description
Climb up right slanting finger/hand crack for 50 feet. Then climb up and slightly left on easy climbing for 20 feet. Then finish on blank corner with two bolts for protection. Run it out above the last bolt to a ledge with two bolt anchor with rap rings.
