Description
Short layback up and onto a ledge. Place a #2 and move slightly up. Place some thin gear (nuts, ball-nut) in a tiny roof crack above you to protect. Strenuous sloper moves up to a 0.5 cam in a horizontal. Continuous effort until a #1 placement in a flake on the right. Finish up the beautiful arete, with a horizontal 0.2 just before the top out.
Stick to the arete from start to finish for full value. Divert right and left slightly to reduce the difficulty a bit.
Tree belay, Scramble down the backside for descent. Watch out for all the ants up at the belay.
