Ascend the namesake staircase and exit L at step #22. The obvious, fat crack to climber's L. You can't miss it.

Description Suggest change

You can climb this a number of ways, but stick with the crack(s) for the best experience. This was established as a free solo, so, in order to preserve the experience of the first ascensionists,  it must foreveraftermore be climbed in said fashion. For the most authentic experience you should climb it barefooted. That said, if you choose to break with convention, then you'll just have to work out the pro for yourself. It should be obvious.

There are no anchors at the top, but you can easily walk off to climber's R and return by following the white dots up and around returning to the top of the staircase.

Lots of fatties, but why bother?
