Description
Start low on the southeast arête with your hands matched at the underside of lowest shelf or crimp/sloper just above. Move up the southern face, directly beneath disconnected block, before making a somewhat committing topout over the block.
I stood and jumped on the detached block up top, and it didn't move at all, but it still looks slightly sketchy. Climb at your own risk.
