Once you arrive at the sand, walk 200 meters down the beach, turn left and walk 200 meters up the river bed, turn left and follow a trail directly to the main cliff face. This roundabout approach will hopefully help climbers avoid conflicts with the the Eco Camp dogs (one bit a climber during our stay), along with the Eco Camp employees who threatened to remove the bolts if non-camping climbers walk through the private property.
Description
Scorpion King starts with a nice set of underclings. Move past a dark feature on the wall before continue up technical face climbing to a crux halfway up the route. Shake out at a ledge before proceeding onto the upper vertical wall with good holds. This is a longer route so be sure to take in the glorious view from the top of the wall.
