This is the sit variation of working man, it adds an additional 3 moves. Start on two crimps a few feet right of the dish and throw a heel hook, cross right hand over to another crimp. Reach left hand out for the dish and lock in your core to match. Finish the rest of the boulder as you would for working man.

You could start even further to the right if you want, but starting here prevents the annoying butt dab.
