Sugarloaf is a privately owned recreation area. The park is closed at night and the gate is locked. Allow enough time to pack, hike, and drive out the oneway road to the gate before it is locked.
Description
Work through sharp and surprisingly shaped holds under the overhanging face. Either reach around the left arete to gain the slab face, or find holds far to the right with high left feet to reach hidden finger pockets on the slab face. The rest of the climb is a well-protected romp, however the opening 15 ft are unprotectable and contain the clear crux.
