Description Suggest change

Sit start the obvious positive sloping slot on the bottom right of the dihedral, move out left to crimp rail/jug sidepull, up to the 3 or 4 finger pocket, and straight up the dihedral through sidepulls, positive edges, and a pocket. The last move consists of a tenuous (and scary!) palm press move to a nice but potentially loose incut, followed by jugs and an easy but thought-provoking topout. Rock quality is great until the final move – a concerted toprope cleaning effort to knock off any potential loose jugs at the lip would certainly remove the "R" rating, as well as some of the fun :)

Location Suggest change

Continue walking straight past Bloque A (home to La Esconbrera, Mamba Negra, etc.), into increasingly trail-less terrain. Just keep hugging the side of the rock band and you will eventually come to an unmistakeable boulder. This is Atonement. Maybe 5-10 minutes past Bloque A? Kind of a heinous approach for the time being.

Protection Suggest change

2 pads and a spotter. The FA was done solo with one pad, which was a poor idea.
