Description

Climb up the small seam to the hand crack located in the middle of the roof. Pull the roof and continue through easier terrain. Finish through the chimney. 5.9+ variation - move right after the second bulge to a shallow finger crack. Continue straight up the the anchor bolts. The crux is pulling the roof but is well protected.

Location

Right in the middle of the roof on the left side of the wall.

Protection

Single’s from .4 - #4. Build an anchor at the top (5.9) or use the solid anchors above the 5.9+ finger crack variation.

BttrrtRock Charles: I agree. I thought the roof was tougher than the alternate route. I gave the variation 5.9+ to preserve the rating given in the guidebook. Feb 12, 2018
