Access Issue: Do Not Climb On or Around Rock Shelters and Pictographs
Details
17th century rock shelters and pictographs exist in this area. Climbers must be mindful of these cultural resources and avoid climbing on or around them. In June 2024 it was discovered that two new routes had been bolted in or near these resources next to the Roof Wall. The routes will be removed per the forest service.
Description
Easier than it looks at the bottom, but harder than it looks above the horizontal gap. Above the gap, the climbing becomes overhanging, committing and tricky.
