In its current condition, I would avoid this route. It's very dirty and poorly protected. It has gained an anchor, at least...
If you want to do it anyway, there's a bolt in the wall left of Baselisk. Climb straight up to it and continue straight up past an old sling (don't fall on it) and to the anchor.
