Description
After having been a gear route (pins, nuts, screws) for years, this route now sports bolts for most of the first pitch, although some of them can be very difficult to find as the route is getting iced up.
Scratch and hook your way up low-angle terrain for about 100', or to where ever it becomes a pure ice route, then continue on ice to a decent belay above a short ice wall. You'll find a slung pine tree on the right side of the ledge.
The second pitch continues up and then traverses left to fixed tree anchors.
Overall a fun route that can now be done much more often now that it has been bolted.
