Devious and sustained face climbing. Crux is at the 5th bolt where one would ostensibly make a huge lunge right on piss feet to regain the arete. Finishes in a cool 11b finger crack that is also the end of Ultraviolet.

7 draws and a few cams in the .4"-1" range.

Feels like 2 very different climbs on top of one another: A 50 foot technical sustained face climb and then swing the rack around and lead another 11b crack climb. A work out This is not a sport route. Easy to set up a TR by walking to top

Indigo Variation TR: start Infrared and work up and left to join Ultraviolet. 12 b/c. Has been led but not bolted well this variation Dec 29, 2017

Despite the funky bottom, this is a technical and rewarding granite face climb to a cool crack finish. Crux move felt sandbagged at 12a. Apr 13, 2010
