Description

This is a really nice climb! Start by climbing the crack system...try not to use the tree, it's close to the route. As the crack ends, the crux is gaining the ledge above. Follow the line straight up making use of really good face holds to the top. Nice alternative if Orange Oswald is crowded.

Location

This route is located directly behind a tree that is located on the trail in the center of the next main face that you will find walking from the Long Wall to the Narcissus Cave.

Protection

7 bolts, shuts

I wouldn't give this thing 5.9 solely because of the opening moves. I was trying to find a fun 9 for my partner to climb and even though she is 5'9, she couldn't reach the good start holds. I would have more sympathy if this thing was put up in the 60's, but its too recent to get that kind of grade Apr 22, 2018
