The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.

Description
Although tall this problem really consists of just a few moves; this is also the finish for the problem Email.
Stand and grab good holds over the apex of the scoop, pull up and rock over onto the slab above. Finishes up the tall but easy slab above with a few loose holds thrown in to keep your interest.
