Access Issue: Rattlesnake Mound is part of the Quincy Bluff State Natural Area. Bouldering is allowed, but roped climbing is not.

Description
From east side of bluff walk south past project wall. Head up to the rim of bluff and look for boulders laying on top of each other. Climb out from the cave here is the project. Pads and spotters needed for sure.
