Description Suggest change

Climb the short right-facing corner or the overhangs to the left to a large corner with a piton. Move up to the large overhang.

From here the original route had a 5.7 finish.

A freeze in winter 2005 removed a giant block from the Tango Roof, inadvertently upgrading Gorilla to a 5.11+ finish.

Location Suggest change

8 feet right of the large left-facing corner (Tango).

Protection Suggest change

Standard rack. Note that shifting rock on the overhang poses potential danger for this route and may have altered the original grade (easier).
