Fun route. The best part is the crux (between 2nd and 3rd bolt) which is really the only thing that makes it different from the other climbs around it.

This route is ont he face just to the right of Desert Shield.

4 bolts and chain achors

Really fun route, can maybe stand to have a bolt lower before you traverse left? Big and easy jugs, but may be a bit high for a beginner lead climb. May 15, 2017

High first bolt which scares 5.8 climbers w/o a stick clip. Start center then veer left to clip first bolt. Up high there is a scary reachy move for a short 5.8 climber, which is what I felt was the crux. There are three hangers at the top. The left one has a loose screw and a large locker biner doesn’t lay well in it so instead of opting for the chain I used the middle hanger w/ a quad anchor so it’s equalized. Oct 8, 2018
