Description

Climbs the right side of the cave, just right of Crack in the Armor (5.12a). Steep, reachy, bouldery start takes you past the "Mental Block" to a vertical finish.

Of the 3-4 routes that pull this roof area, I think Mental Block is by far the best. I gave this route a bit of work and the red point was totally worth it. Pretty amazing moves all over this route (Heel-toe cam leg lock, knee bar/scum, and a balance-y layaway). Though it is short, it definitely deserves more attention. Dec 21, 2015
