The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Location
in a corridor near the north end of Stirrup Towers, on an east-facing wall. To get into the corridor, walk past Trap Door on your left, then pass the left side of a large boulder (see arrow here:
), then turn left and scramble into the corridor.
