Description

Looking at the area picture, this route is on the adjacent boulder right of Seminar Wall, on the backside. It is a steep and somewhat shallow crack.

Piggot always called it Lizard Crack. Rumors have it at 5.11d. Apr 5, 2007

While Lizard's Crack is found on this same boulder, I reference that route to be on the front side (facing the same direction as Seminar) and visible from the road. Apr 6, 2007

Adam,
Are you sure about that? Hubbard's guide says Lizard's crack is facing north. Seminar wall faces south. Oct 15, 2010

Hubbard's guide has quite a few errors, but I'll double check. I can say unequivocally that Seminar faces east. Oct 16, 2010

I’ve walked past this too many times. Next time I’m there I’ll give it a go. Looks super fun. Around the corner to the south is Lizard Corner so that makes sense that it’d be called Lizard Crack (whichever came first, respectively). Jan 2, 2018
