The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
This problem lies on the north face of the Manx Boulder directly behind a dying tree. Start at the obvious sloping ledge and make a big move to gain the lip, then press out a mantel with tree branches at your back (a little scary) to complete the problem.
