If you look to the West of the tree anchor for Blueberry Jam, you should see another tree on the edge. Walk up close and you can spot the chain anchors for Joy Ride and Hot Donna
Toute access from the top. Two anchor trees exist here. A 4th class downclimb into Mean Street, via Easy Street, is a bit further on from here if you continue along the upper cliffside. Just look with the rock tagged with white graffiti for the downclimb

From Toothpick trail entrance at the fence, walk to the cliff, go ~100 feet to the right. You'll see an open vista of Mt Hood, a cliff-side corner, and 2 trees about 15 ft from the cliffside. If you spot this set of rocks on the corner, you are there!

This is the view you are looking for if you want to reach the top of Easy Street. You are at the top of Fat Chimney if you go down to the left of the tagged rock. There should be a nice view of Mt Hood on a clear day
