Looking down through the narrows from the approach trail. This trail ends at the pool visible in this picture where you have to cross and continue on left side of the creek bank.
The first creek crossing to enter the Narrows. The trail continues directly across the broken rock bridge and up over the next hill before it drops you back down to another creek crossing.
The above picture is the rock house at the end of the Boulder Group Picnic Area. The trail is just the right of the building. There are several ‘no sport rappelling signs’ along the trail.
We had a bit of a hard time finding the trail. The above picture is the gated area you are looking for. It is located in the Boulder Group Picnic Area.  There is a parking area just past the group picnic area on the same side of the road as the group picnic area.  Park there and walk back to the group picnic along the road.  Walk past the gate and into the group picnic area. The trail is just the right of an old stone building at the end of the group picnic area.  There are several ‘no sport rappelling signs’ along the trail.
