Feature Request: Automatically puush updates to areas/routes when updates are made related to the route/area's safety

Example: The route 'banana peel' in Squamish recently changed; the flake on the last pitch of the route started to crack. When I go to the route on the mountainproject website I can easily access information about the cracking flake at the top of the page: https://www.mountainproject.com/route/105934199/banana-peel. However, when I go to the route on my mobile app, I need to manually update the information for all of Canada in order to see access issues with the route.

Is it possible to push automatic updates to phones when a route or area that they have downloaded has access/safety issues added to its description on MP? It's reasonably easy to remember to update an area on my phone before I go on a trip, but it's also really easy to forget to update the area. On single pitch climbs this isn't always an issue -- from the ground I can look up and see a cracking flake. This seems like a huge issue on multipitch routes, though.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
