Prior to the whole epidemic I was hang boarding once a week, moon boarding once a week and climbing in the gym/outside 3 times a week. I currently have my hangboard mounted to a pull up bar (I couldn't mount it above the door frame since I have high door frame). Is there anyway I can repurpose my rock rings since they are pretty much the same as the holds on my hang board? Or is there a way to use the rock rings differently? Or should I just save them and use them for holds if I build a woody one day?
I attached mine to some EZ Daisies so I could adjust the height on them and do exercises that you might do on TRX/rings like inverted rows, ring pushups, dips, and some other core stuff. That said, it wasn’t long before I bought a proper set of gymnastic rings and now they’re back to not getting used.
