Free Solo

Is it me, or does it look like the route Alex is on at the start of the movie is not Freerider?  He appears to have on a different pair of pants, and when he tops out, he has a go pro type body cam on when he turns around.  

The whole thing was faked. Nobody can solo El Capitan. Next thing you know, they'll be telling us a man landed on the moon!

Yeah, "Free Solo" is faked. It is not even THAT complicated, really -

Na dude it was in a Hollywood studio. Totally green screened
