+1 for Dave he has resoled my sportiva boots and shoes and does a great job. I sent in about 6 pairs of boots and had them all back in 2 weeks. I climb in them every day and the insoles he uses for replacement are comfortable the first day you use them. As far as climbing shoes I’m not sure what rubber he used but they stick and hold a good edge. Evolve is quick too and their rubber isn’t bad.
Dave Page is hit or miss, I've seen his shop turn out some ok quality and I've also seen them absolutely butcher shoes. Never seen anything on a rock shoe that compared in quality of work to ramuta, rock n resole, rubber room, etc...
I would never send his shop anything but moutnaineering boots personally. Note when you send there, he isn't doing the work on rock shoes, that's all employees in training.

That is true as of the last few years. That dave no longer does the rock shoes. I may have lucked out on which trainee I had do mine.

The Dave Page shop did a decent job on my Birkenstock resole, but based on the many anecdotes of bad climbibg shoe resoles I’d never send climbing shoes there. Which is unfortunate because I live a 15 minute walk away.
For climbing shoes, I was very impressed with Flophouse resoles in J-Tree. Very good work and quick turnaround time. I got a pair of TC Pros resoled with C4, and they are now the ultimate Index shoe.
