Recently watched this Instagram reel and it mentions a quote (not exact) from a climbing book:

Move through space with beauty and intention, in the most efficient way possible. Because, you cannot control where the holds are, or for that matter, the problems life throws at you. All you can do is find a graceful solution, and keep moving forward without losing too much strength.

Not sure if it actually came from a climbing book or not but figured I’d ask here in case anyone recognizes it and can let us know what it’s from if so

Researched the instagram comments and they referenced a few books (Self Coached Climber, Rock Climber's Training Manual, Warrior's Way) - will comb through those once I get home
